If you Delete an Invoice by mistake, you can always reach out to support@plateiq.com to recover the invoice. You can go to your Vendor Center and under Invoices, you will see the entire list (including deleted copies), simply provide the Invoice ID or Number.



Archived Invoices are automatically marked as Exported and moved to the All Documents tab. They are still visible on your Dashboard to search, but not used for Export or Analytics. We will be adding a way to reinstate them for export but for now, kindly reach out to Support with the Invoice ID.
