Overview
The vCard Aging Report provides an overview of pending payments made to vendors. This allows for the tracking of payments that have been sent and are awaiting processing by a vendor.
Dashboard View
The report is emailed to whichever address is provided in the dashboard. By default your own user address is shown but additional recipients may be added if separated by commas.
Data
| Column | Meaning |
| Locations | Locations associated with payment |
| Vendor Name | Name of the vendor |
| Payment Number | Number of the payment |
| Amount | Amount of the payment |
| Days since issued | Days that have elapsed since the payment was emailed or otherwise delivered to the vendor |
| Remit email | Email address the payment remittance was sent to Note: "Plate IQ Internal Team" refers to payments made manually to the vendor by Plate IQ |
