Missing ACH Payment

Navigate to the All Payments tab in VendorPay. 

Click into the payment for more information. There is also a status tab on the right.

ACH payments have two different statuses Sent and Delivered. 3 - 4 biz days for expedited, up to 5 for standard.

Please Note: Delivered means the bank has received the payment, it may take a day to post to your account.

Missing Checks

Navigate to the All Payments tab in VendorPay. 

Click into the payment for more information. There is also a status tab on the right.

You will see Sent and Delivered Status
