For some items, you’d expect to have very volatile prices in a 30 day window. A good example is Produce. However, other items such as Spices, Supplies, etc. will not have the same variation.
We simply restrict Produce items to a smaller window (+/- 1 day), and leave other items to +/- 14 days.
We also filter out Services, which you’d expect to vary across locations.
