Navigate to the 'Transactions' tab
In This Article:
Search Transactions - search by merchant, user, or amount.
Sort and Filter Transactions - There are several ways to sort and filter your transactions.
- On the left, you can filter by All Transactions, Needs Attention, Refunds, etc.
- You can also click the column headers to sort through your transactions.
Click the Filters + button next to search allows you to filter by Date Range, GL Account, and/or Card.
Expand Transaction Details
Click the transaction you wish expand
A pop up on the right side will show more details.
Export Transactions
You can export your transactions two ways.
You can export a single transaction by clicking the three dots in the transaction line. A menu will show Export.
Export all transactions by clicking
A CSV file will download.
