First, make sure you have the QWC file installed. 


Note: If you do not have this file, please feel free to reach out to support@ottimate.com so we can assist you with this file.


Make sure you have your QuickBooks desktop running with the Company File you are attempting to sync with Ottimate.


To trigger the sync that will export all your invoices that are in the Pending Export or Approved queue you will need to be logged in to your QuickBooks and click on the following:


1. File

2. Update Web Services

3. Update Selected



Note: Please trigger the sync in Single Mode user and that there are no other instances of QuickBooks running in the background. This is to ensure that the sync is not aborted by any users.
