If the vendor does not indicate which items are taxed on your invoice, the invoice will be classified as INCOMPLETE by the Plate IQ team.
The invoice has a tax amount but none of the items are marked as taxed.
Make sure that the line items are checked as taxed.
1) Click on the item edit icon
2) Check the TAXED box
3) Save your changes
